Welcome
In an effort to ensure a fun online community for all of our users, the following Code of Conduct has been established.
Section 1: Definitions

Section 3: Expected Conduct
- S3.5.1 English must be used unless otherwise noted.
- S3.5.2 All interactions must be observed as ‘PG-13’ by anyone.
- S3.5.3 Any areas where either of the above two conditions will not be met but are approved must be noted publically.
Section 4: Prohibited Conduct
- S4.1.1 Purposefully misleading others lying or spreading untrue statements and or propagating rumours.
- S4.1.2 Posting anti-community, negative, and or inflammatory posts anywhere on i-GameOnline or any i-GameOnline affiliated site or media.
- S4.1.3 Being argumentative or arguing in public channels (Discord/game chat).
- S4.1.4 Being disrespectful to any member or community or any other non i-GameOnline member or community.
- S4.1.5 Bullying or trolling of any kind.
- S4.1.6 Making anyone in any way for any reason feel ashamed or inadequate, including non-i-GameOnline members and non-i-GameOnline communities.
- S4.1.7 Repeatedly discussing topics that are or could be seen as uncomfortable by anyone who may see, hear or read it.
- S4.1.8 Consistently swearing or using profanity (the occasional slip up is expected and forgivable).
- S4.1.9a Making any Racist / Sexist / Homophobic / Sexual / Disability based and or any other Explicit Remarks made towards or about anyone regardless of affiliation.
- S4.1.9b Posting any Racist / Sexist / Homophobic / Sexual / Disability based and or any other Explicit Images made towards or about anyone regardless of affiliation.
- S4.1.10 Excessive use of CAPS.
- S4.1.11 Spam or abuse of text-to-speech.
- S4.1.12 Not respecting other’s wishes to be left alone, or any actions that fall into the category of “Cyber-stalking”.
- S4.1.13 Misuse or abuse of any private information gained by being a member of i-GameOnline or a sub community.
- S4.1.14 Breaking any game rules or TOS (Terms of Service or Sale).
- S4.1.15 Disrespecting or harassing content creators including game developers.
- S4.1.16 Members must not be part of or become involved with the pestering of game developers via petitions or email campaigns or other such means.
- S4.1.17 Hacking/Botting/Cheating/Etc. this includes any and all third party extras that are not approved or supported to be used by that game.
- S4.1.18 Poor sportsmanship including but not limited to: Rage Quitting, Ninja Looting, or sabotaging.
- S4.1.19 Degrading or demeaning any games, software or technology.
Section 5: Oversight
- S5.1.1 Oversight is charged with the following responsibilities:
- S5.1.1.1 Always demonstrate fairness, understanding, and respect in all actions.
- S5.1.1.2 Uphold i-gameonline’s code of conduct, and ensure its being followed.
- S5.1.1.3 Mediate and assist with difficult or troublesome experiences around the community.
- S5.1.1.4 Mediate meetings or discussions between community admins as requested.
- S5.1.1.5 Execute and follow through on any final decisions on behalf of Wispa.
- S5.1.1.6 Maintain and update the entire domain of i-gameonline including activities, events, projects and site promotion.
- S5.1.1.8 Carry out a monthly meeting, to be held in private to discuss i-gameonline issues and business, as well as plan for the coming month.
- S5.1.1.9 Oversight cannot show favoritism or bias towards any one community, group, game or individual.
- S5.1.2 Oversight gains the following abilities to support their responsibilities –
- S5.1.2.1 Advanced training and support direct from Wispa.
- S5.1.2.2 The abilities to control the account usage and access of any member.
- S5.1.2.3 The ability to promote, demote, ban, or reset any member’s account.
- S5.1.2.4 The ability to issue or remove achievements or rewards at any time.
- S5.1.2.5 Access to all logs and records as well as all hidden, private and personal details for all members and their communities.
- S5.1.2.6 Unarguable control and power to change or update any area of i-gameonline and its Discord.
- S5.2.1 Only Wispa can lead or oversee Oversight.
- S5.2.2 Oversight supersedes any and all community Admins.
- S5.3.1 Invites to apply for Oversight are sent out by Wispa to individuals based on the following previously demonstrated skills –
- S5.3.1.1 Technical knowledge.
- S5.3.1.2 Willingness to work and show support for i-GameOnline.
- S5.3.1.3 Communication skills.
- S5.3.1.4 Well versed in the code of conduct, and individual community rules.
- S5.3.1.5 Positive attitude, showing fairness, understanding, and respect to others.
- S5.3.1.6 Previous community management experiance.
- S5.3.1.7 Model member of the community.
- S5.3.2 No more than 2 invites will be issued inside of a single calendar year.
- S5.3.3 Those who receive these invites are allowed to accept or decline them by a time determined by Wispa, but cannot express they have received such an invite to anyone.
- S5.3.4 Upon acceptance, applicant may remain in all of their communities, but must resign the rolls of admin, moderator, chain-commander, or any other similar leadership title in any of those communities.
- S5.3.4.1 Being a member of leadership in any community can cause a number of conflicts of interest, as well as potentially create bias in Oversight; this rule is to ensure that Oversight functions appropriately.
- S5.3.4.2 Any individual invited by Wispa who cannot, or will not resign these positions can no longer be considered for oversight.
- S5.3.5 Upon acceptance, the applicant will take on the responsibilities as outlined in S6.1
- S5.5.1 The individual will be removed form the position.
- S5.5.2 New invites may be issued.

- S9.2.1 Act responsibly towards other Admins, sharing all information and news surrounding their community.
- S9.2.2 Act reasonable and perform their duties in a fair manner.
- S9.2.3 Not show any preferable behavior towards any one community or towards their own members.
